Well, it looks as though the &#8216;weather deadlock&#8217; that I described is breaking down &#8211; but not, unfortunately, in the way that we might like. Take a look at the weather warning that has just been issued for South-East England (Kent, Medway and East Sussex).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/micro-trike.co.uk\/images\/weather3.jpg\" alt=\"Glum Weather Warning\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m beginning to despair.
