Then I have this idea.<\/p>\n<p>So I move the car and pull MYRO out. I can&#8217;t resist taking a couple more pics in the sunshine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/micro-trike.co.uk\/images\/ext1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/micro-trike.co.uk\/images\/ext1_s.jpg\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/micro-trike.co.uk\/images\/ext2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/micro-trike.co.uk\/images\/ext2_s.jpg\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then I get a 12V car battery that I have in the garage and connect it across MYRO&#8217;s battery terminals using jump leads. I flick the Master Switch and the neon glows. I try the fuel pump &#8211; yup, it starts so I switch it off immediately as it&#8217;s running dry, of course.<\/p>\n<p>Then the big one. I turn the key to Mags Both and then turn it once more. The starter kicks and briefly turns the engine. OK, it&#8217;s what you would expect, but that&#8217;s the point.<\/p>\n<p>My wiring, which was all done from scratch don&#8217;t forget, has passed its first big test. I won&#8217;t know for sure until there&#8217;s a proper battery fitted, the engine starts and runs and the electrical system charges. But so far, so good.
